Yes, you can return a rug within 5 days of receiving it. Please note the following:
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
- Shipping Costs: You cover the cost of packaging and shipping the rug back to us.
- Condition: The rug must be unused and in its original condition.
- Processing Time: Reimbursement will be processed within 7 days of return approval.
- Custom Rugs: Custom rugs are not eligible for return.
