Yes, you can return a rug within 5 days of receiving it. Please note the following:

1. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
2. Shipping Costs: You cover the cost of packaging and shipping the rug back to us.
3. Condition: The rug must be unused and in its original condition.
4. Processing Time: Reimbursement will be processed within 7 days of return approval.
5. Custom Rugs: Custom rugs are not eligible for return.
